Requirements
Each business must have been in business since at least January of 2022. They must have proper licensing (City of Yuma, TPT, etc.) and should have an EIN number.
Commercial businesses must have at least 2 un-related W2 employees on payroll.
Non-Profits must have a board of directors.
Nominator will need to submit 2 written portions to convince the judging panel why their nominee is the most worthy of the prize.
Winners are expected to work timely with Imaginary friends to complete the projects by the end of April (grand prize commercial) or March (all other catagory winners).
Selection Process
All entries are due by midnight, December 18th, 2024. After the closing date all qualified entries will go to the judges. The judges will select the winners from each category by December 30th and Imaginary Friends will make the announcement by January 2nd. Consultation meetings will be scheduled in January to begin work on the projects.
The winners will be announced on January 2nd, 2025 on our social media.
