Requirements
Each business must have been in business since at least December of 2023. They must have proper licensing (City of Yuma, TPT, etc.) and should have an EIN number.
Commercial businesses must have at least 2 un-related W2 employees on payroll.
Non-Profits must have a board of directors.
Entries will need to submit 8 written portions + 2 questions to convince the judging panel why their business or organization is the most worthy of the prize.
Winners are expected to work timely with Imaginary friends to complete the projects by the end of May (grand prize commercial) or April (all other catagory winners).
Selection Process
All entries are due by 11:59 PM, December 16th, 2026. After the closing date all qualified entries will go to the judges. The judges will select the winners from each category by December 29th and Imaginary Friends will make the announcement by January 4th. Consultation meetings will be scheduled in January to begin work on the projects.
The winners will be announced on January 4th, 2027 on our social media.
